The evaluation loop

After every four-week block, CoNudge evaluates automatically. Six questions. Three based on data, three in conversation with the client.

You own the methodology

CoNudge isn’t a black box. You write the coaching philosophy. You set the parameters: RPE ranges, volume targets, periodization. The program the client gets is your program.

Every program goes through you for review first. You can adjust, add notes, or reject. The client only trains after your approval.

What CoNudge is not

Not a replacement for you. Not an AI trainer taking over your clients. No medical advice. No nutrition plans.

CoNudge knows its limits. For injuries: referral. For medical questions: referral. For nutrition: referral to a dietitian. That boundary is hard.
