Why CoNudge
The difference between a program and a trainer.
The problem
A personal trainer costs €400-800 per month. They do exactly what you need: build a program, track your lifts, evaluate after four weeks and adjust.
Fitness apps cost €0-13. They give you a program and forget you. ChatGPT gives you a program and forgets you next week.
The gap: nobody offers the full cycle a good trainer follows.
The cycle
A good trainer does six things. Most apps do two.
Every fitness app stops after "Train." CoNudge keeps going.
What Coach does after four weeks
After each block, Coach asks five questions. Three based on data, two in conversation.
Progression. Is your weight, strength, or conditioning moving the right way?
Load. Trained too hard? Too light? Signs of overtraining?
Health. Any pain this block?
Feasibility. Does the program still fit your week?
Lifestyle. Sleep, nutrition, stress. Not prescribing, just flagging.
The science
Progressive overload. Gradually more weight, volume, or intensity.
Block periodization. Training in four-week blocks with a goal per block.
RPE-driven volume. Coach adjusts based on how heavy it felt.
Recovery management. Not full throttle every week. Coach plans deload when needed.
Who it’s for
People who want structure but can’t afford a trainer. Beginners who don’t know what to do. Experienced athletes who want a new program. People who combine strength training with running, cycling, swimming, or yoga.
